Refrescar el Alma (Refresh: Every Minister Needs Encouragement) is a 40-day devotional for the purpose of encouraging vocational and volunteer ministers and to promote a leadership style of encour- agement. Each entry is based on sound exposition of scripture but framed in non-technical terms so that any reader can learn both the meaning of a portion of scripture and its practical impact upon his/ her life and ministry. Readers will develop a deep sense of obligation and responsibility to become a minister of encouragement.
